Pam Sinicrope holds an MFA from Augsburg University and a doctorate in Public Health. Her poetry has appeared in journals such as Anti-Heroin Chic, Brawler Lit, SWWIM, Feral, Spillway, Literary Mama, 3 Elements Review, The Night Heron Barks, Appalachian Journal, and HeartWood Literary Magazine. She resides in Rochester, MN with her husband, mother-in-law, and their dog, Toby. In addition to her role as a medical writer, Pam is an active member of the League of Minnesota Poets and is deeply committed to fostering community through poetry and the arts.

Lisa Higgs
(she/her)

Lisa Higgs is the recipient of a 2022 Minnesota State Arts Board grant providing
creative support for individual artists. Her third chapbook, Earthen Bound, was
published by Red Bird Chapbooks in February 2019. Her poetry has been
published in Third Coast, ZYZZYVA, Folio, Rhino, Sugar House Review,
and Water~Stone Review, among others, and her poem “Wild Honey Has the Scent of Freedom” was awarded 2nd Prize in the 2017 Basil Bunting International Poetry Prize. Her reviews and interviews can be found at the Poetry Foundation, Kenyon Review Online, Adroit Journal, Colorado Review, and Full Stop. Currently, Lisa is a grant writer for the Rochester Repertory Theatre and Board member for the League of Minnesota Poets and Red Bird Chapbooks.

Addison D. Hunter

Addison has significant experience in web design and development, with a focus
on rebuilding websites within nonprofit organizations. Addison is also a poet and
essayist whose work is filled with themes of ecology, the weight of the culture we
carry, and queerness. They won the Young Southern Writers Award for poetry, and are finalizing their manuscript, Flower Face. They write, not to be witnessed, but to process the human affliction as it finds us. Addison has a BA degree from the University of Richmond, and is located in the southern US.

Susan McMillan
(she/her)

Susan McMillan is a retired freelance writer and editor. She is a lifelong poet whose work has appeared in many anthologies and journals, most recently Deep Wild—Writing from the Backcountry, Talking Stick, and Oakwood. She has participated in the Cracked Walnut literary reading series, and was an award recipient in the 2020 Maria W. Faust Sonnet Contest. A co-creator of the illustrated poetry e-chapbooks, Bright Light Stories in the Night, and has made it her mission to create opportunities for poets in southeastern Minnesota through collaborative community projects, events, and learning opportunities. She served as poet laureate for the city of Rochester, MN from April 2019 to 2023.

Valeria Eden is a writer and editor who lives in Colorado and loves to write about
the things that haunt her. She has a BA in Psychology from Boston University and
an MFA in Creative Writing & Poetics from Naropa University. She is the author
of Tender Teeth (Jack Wild Publishing) and more of her poetry has appeared in
Variant Literature, Stanchion, Wasteland Review, Eunoia Review, Stone Circle
Review, and Arcana Poetry Press, among others. She has three dogs, two
therapists, one wildland firefighting boyfriend, and her favorite color is green.

Deborah Goschy
(she/her)

Deborah Goschy is a member of the Southern Minnesota Poets Society and the League of Minnesota Poets. She has won awards for her poetry at the state and national level and has had her work published in Encore: Prize Poems 2021, Encore: Prize Poems 2020, The Martin Lake Journal, the Poet-Artist Collaboration, and The Mankato Walk and Ride Project, which exhibits poems on signs along Mankato bike trails. Deborah is also an amateur actor, a painter, a digital photographer, and a graphic artist who designs Agates (formerly known as The Moccasin), the literary journal of the League of Minnesota Poets.

Miranda Heinrich
(she/her)

Miranda Heinrich is an emerging writer, content marketer, and poet based in the Phoenix area. With a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, her writing is inundated with yearning tendencies, parentheticals and a complex multicultural background.
